How to Track Your Progress📈

The best part about using the Feel Great system is seeing all the progress and results!

Non-Scale Victories:

These are changes like mood, appetite, energy levels, cravings, mental focus, digestion etc. Monitor how these change for you in the coming weeks and months on the system. These are usually the first changes that people tend to notice, and makes them FEEL GREAT!

What to measure?

"When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported back, the rate of improvement accelerates.” - Pearson’s Law

When starting your Feel Great experience, make a conscious effort to keep a log of WEEKLY measurements while your body transforms from a sugar/carb burner to a fat burning machine! It takes less than 5 mins each week! You wont notice the changes that occur if you have no way of tracking it.

You do not have to share your exact measurements with the group, but we encourage you to post your inches lost week to week especially around the waistline/belly.

Use this Measurement Tracking Sheet to track Weekly Progress.

What about Weight loss?

Weight loss is a side effect of balancing levels of insulin in the body. So while you may not notice huge drops in your weight initially, don't panic! It doesn't mean that your body isn't dropping the fat. Changes are happening inside you, and it may take some time for you to notice these changes physically. This is where patience and consistency are important. You didn't gain this weight overnight, so don't expect changes overnight. Like we mentioned before, DO NOT COMPARE your results to other people. This is your personal journey and each of you have unique stories with your health. Respect the process and stay committed. Remember all progress is good progress so don't let yourself focus on just one number on the scale.

Blood Work Changes

With the Feel Great system, we offer a 90 Day Blood Work guarantee, this is because we have the clinical studies to validate the products effectiveness on improving HbA1C, Fasting Glucose, Cholesterol,  Blood Pressure and Triglycerides in 3 months. If these are areas you are looking to Improve, please print and fill out the first section with your most recent blood panel. Then after 3 months, get another blood panel done and see those changes!
